Terms and Conditions.

We offer digital courses, which you access online through your account, and one-to-one coaching sessions, booked through Metafy or arranged directly with us.

• An account is required to access your purchases.
• Sign-in is through Google or Discord.
• Accounts are for individual use only. They cannot be shared, sold or transferred.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Misuse may result in termination.

• Prices are shown on the site in euros and include any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Access is granted once your payment is confirmed.

• All courses and content belong to Next Level Coaching.
• When you buy a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own improvement.
• Courses cannot be resold, redistributed, copied, recorded or shared, in whole or in part.

Courses will be available on the website for the lifetime of the product, or at least one year from the date of purchase.

Our courses are digital content that you can access immediately. By purchasing, you agree that access begins straight away and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right to a refund once you have accessed the course, as permitted under EU consumer law. If you have not yet accessed the course, you may request a refund within 14 days.

Coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session.

If you wish to delete your account, contact us. Deleting your account permanently removes access to all purchases, cannot be recovered, and no refund is issued on deletion.

Our courses and coaching are designed to help you improve, but results depend on your own effort, practice and time. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific rank, result or outcome.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, share your account, or use our content to create a competing product.

All content on the site and in the courses, including text, video, guides and branding, belongs to Next Level Coaching. Rocket League and its ranks and related marks are the property of Psyonix LLC and Epic Games. NLC is an independent coaching service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Psyonix or Epic Games.

All information is accurate at the time of publishing and is supplied as is, with no warranty implied.

To the extent allowed by law, NLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, courses or coaching. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, for example by sharing or reselling course content.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Malta.

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be on this page.
