– Courses can only be accessed after a successful login to your account
– Account information is required in order to access your purchases
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
– You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Account Deletion

If you choose to delete your account:

– You will permanently lose access to all purchases
– Deleted accounts cannot be recovered
– No refunds or reactivations will be provided under any circumstances
– To delete your account, you must contact us directly

6. Course Availability

All courses will remain available on the website for the lifetime of the product or for a minimum of 1 year from the date of purchase, whichever is longer. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at our discretion.

All information provided is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing (January 1st, 2026). All content is provided “as is” with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, performance improvements, or outcomes.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

9. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

Rocket League, its ranks, and all related trademarks, assets, and branding are the intellectual property of Psyonix LLC and Epic Games, Inc.

Next Level Coaching is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the owners of Rocket League.

10. Breach of Terms

If you violate any of these Terms, we reserve the right to:

– Terminate your account immediately
– Revoke access to all purchased content without refund
– Pursue legal action where necessary
